Watch out For The Yearlings By
Hermitage Farm Stallion, Pembroke
For years Injun Chuck has referred to Pembroke as "the world's fastest horse".
Why? Cause he ran 5 1/2 furlongs on the turf in 1:00 2/5 that's why. In case you're wonderin'; that is a world record.
Pembroke was a successful critter on both sides of the big pond.
Pembroke is by Gone West, out of College Bold, the dam of Nasty and Bold and Told.
Pembroke's first-crop are 2-year-olds this year and he has already had SIX (6) winners in 1999.
His upcoming yearlings are exceptional and you should make a point to look at each and every Pembroke that goes into the sales ring.
There are just too many things to like about both the colts and fillies by Pembroke selling at Keeneland in September.
See for yourself.

Party Manners Yearlings Are Awesome
Claude Ray McGaughey told Injun Chuck that Party Manners was one of the best horses he ever had his hands on. Mike Smith told Injun Chuck that Party Manners was one of the best critters he ever sat on.
Party Manners had a license to be a good horse, being by Private Account, out of Duty Dance, one of Ogden Phipps' very best broodmares.
Party Manners won 6 of 10 starts including the Grade 3, Widener Handicap at nine furlongs.
Party Manners' 1st-crop are yearlings and are staring to show up at public action.
If you are looking for a good horse, and who ain't, pay close attention to these colts and fillies by Party Manners at Keeneland in September.
He could be lightnin' in a jug.

The Ides of September
It ain't gonna be long before the first-crop of Ide (Forty Niner-Maytide) will be showing up at Keenela and in September.
There ain't no way Ide is not gonna throw top class runners.
The Forty Niner influence in new stallions has been nothing short of sensational in recent years.
And let's not forget that Ide was a very good racehorse.
As a 2-year-old Ide was weighted at 121 pounds on the Experimental Free Handicap.
Ide won 7 consecutive races and 5 were stakes races, 4 of those were graded stakes races.
Ide won the Fort Springs Stakes and 4 graded stakes: the Iroquois, the Rebel, the Southwest, and the Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes.
Ide ran the fastest 8 ½ furlongs ever by a 2-year-old at Churchill Downs.
This here is Injun Chuck talkin' to ya. If Ide was you, Ide be keepin' my eye out for the Ide yearlings, coming up at Keeneland in September.

Malone's
The Best Steaks in "606"
Brian McCarty and every one at Malone's are very proud of the fact that they have become the #1 place for steaks in Lexington and all of Central Kentucky.
The local racing community has really taken to Malone's because every time Injun Chuck goes in the joint we see nothin' but owners, breeders, trainers and one extra large Sallee Van executive named, Don "Moon" Gamble.
To get to Malone's just take New Circle Road to Tates Creek and you will be two furlongs from the Lansdowne Shops where Malone's is located. With so many people in town for the Keeneland Sale, parties of five or more should definitely call ahead for reservations (606) 396-7500.

1/2-Sister To Naughty
In Book 6
Hip #3859
Ya don't want to leave this sale too early cause there is a 1/2-sister to Naughty selling on the sale's last day--Hip #3859.
Naughty won her first 5 in a row including two stakes, the Queen City Oaks and the Tall Stack, defeating colts.
In her first start outside of Ohio, Naughty ran a game 2nd in the Summertime Promise stakes at Hawthorne on Labor Day. Naughty is gonna be even better next year and will be a monster on the turf.
Hip #3859 is by Wild Zone, out of a Halo mare.
When Hip #3859 gets in she will be Barn 30 in the Judy Klosterman consignment.
You are sure not gonna find many around like her that late in the sale. Better take advantage of it.
